NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a regular meeting of the Jackson County Emergency Services District No. 2 will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 7:00 PM in Carancahua Community Volunteer Fire Department Building, Jackson County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted.

- Call meeting to order and establish a quorum
- Election of officers
- Recognition/entertain citizen comments
- Reading and approval of minutes from 12/8/20
- Treasurer’s report
- Review current ESD #2 accounts payable, accounts receivables, receipts and other monies
- Fire Chief’s report
- Discussion of Fire Department activities/issues
- Sign issues in ESD #2 coverage area
- Reports of board members and special committees
- Solicit new agenda items for next ESD #2 board meeting
- Adjourn
